About MyBazaar

The bazaar, rebuilt for how India sells now.

“Bazaar” comes from the Persian bāzār, meaning market. In India it has always meant more than that — a place where relationships are built, not just transactions. We took that and rebuilt it for a country that now sells on a phone.

You are likely on this page because you are deciding whether to trust an unfamiliar brand with your payments, your customers and your GST. That is a fair thing to check. Here is who we are and how this business actually works.

Who you are dealing with

MyBazaar is built and operated by Livana Technologies.

MyBazaar is the brand name of Livana Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an Indian company registered in Bengaluru. The same company builds the platform, runs the support desk and answers for the terms you agree to — the product itself is never handed to an agency. You can sign up and set it up yourself, directly with us. Or you can work with one of our reseller partners: someone in your own city and language, who can take on as much as you want them to, up to running the whole store for you. The platform, and who stands behind it, is the same either way.

The catch

How we make money.

When a platform says it charges no commission, the reasonable next question is what it charges instead. Ours is a short answer.

A subscription

You pick a plan and pay for it. The price is on the pricing page, in rupees, before you sign up — not quoted on a call.

A platform fee

A transparent low single-digit percentage of the bill value, set by the plan you choose — not the 20–30% take rate a marketplace charges for the privilege of listing.

Not a rupee on UPI

Nothing. Our preferred payment gateway partners charge no MDR on UPI, and our agreement lets us add a commission on top of that. We have chosen not to take it — so UPI reaches you whole, on a transaction where many platforms would keep a slice.

Those are the only charges that reach your bill. Plan prices are on the pricing page in rupees — we would rather you check them than take our word for it.

See what it costs

What stays yours

We are the shop, not the landlord.

Your money

Payments settle to your bank account, under your own brand. We are not a middleman holding your revenue.

Your customers

The people who buy from you are your customers, not ours. We do not market to them, and we do not sell you access to the buyers you brought in.

Your data

Your catalogue, orders and customer records belong to your business. What we collect and why is set out in full in the privacy policy.

What we are building

The opinions behind the product.

Most platforms serving Indian businesses were designed for somewhere else and translated afterwards. Five things follow from not doing that:

  • Going online should not require a developer, an agency, or a translator.
  • A shop owner should be able to run the whole business from the phone already in their pocket.
  • Software sold in India should be priced for India, not converted from dollars.
  • Compliance — GST, invoices, filings — belongs inside the product, not in a plugin you buy later.
  • A business that outgrows the template should not have to leave the platform.

Every bazaar begins with one shop.
